WELCOME TO LAST ROUND

Where’s tonight
taking you?

Choose an area to start exploring. We’ll keep your night organized, at your pace.

No account needed for your personal tracker.
Location is never shared automatically.

YOUR LAST ROUND ACCOUNT

Welcome back.

Your password is handled by the authentication service. Last Round never sends your drink log, measurements, or BAC details with your account.

QUICK BAC SETUP

Four details. A better estimate.

Your drink sizes, alcohol percentages, and timing do most of the work. These body details improve the distribution estimate and stay only in this browser.

This cannot measure BAC, predict impairment, or tell you when driving is safe.

A QUICK NOTE, THEN BACK TO YOUR NIGHT

Log a drink

Check the label or ask about the pour.

Cocktail strength varies. Adjust the total drink volume and its finished ABV, not just the spirit’s ABV. You can log what you actually drank even after reaching your cap.

Pick your neighborhood.

Typing an area doesn’t request GPS access. Live venue results require the owner’s Google Places connection.

Decide your pace.

Choose a personal cap in U.S. standard drinks. A cap is a planning tool; it does not make an amount safe. Zero is an option.

Add your people.

Create a private group, then copy its invitation. Members choose what to share.

Give the group a plan.

Saving creates a local plan. Sharing opens your device’s share sheet or copies an invitation; it does not create a live group.

Let your people know.

This saves a private check-in for two hours. Share it only with people you choose. A sent message can’t be recalled, and its copy will not expire.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little night-out wisdom.

A beverage isn’t always one standard drink.

The U.S. reference is about 14 grams of pure alcohol. We use the volume and strength you enter to calculate that amount. A 12 oz beer at 5%, 5 oz wine at 12%, and 1.5 oz spirit at 40% each contain about one standard drink. NIAAA reference ↗

A BAC model is an approximation, not a measurement.

The optional estimate converts every serving’s actual volume and ABV into grams of ethanol, then uses Watson’s adult total-body-water equations with height, weight, age, a blood-water factor of 0.8, and the time of each logged drink. The center estimate uses 0.015 percentage points of elimination per hour. The displayed modeled band also tests 0.010–0.025 per hour and, when requested, both adult reference equations. It is an assumption band—not a confidence interval or a measured BAC.

The model assumes alcohol is absorbed immediately even though absorption can continue after the last drink. Food, medications, individual physiology, body composition, inaccurate pours, and missing entries can change the real value substantially. Water, coffee, and a new tracking session do not clear alcohol. This tool provides no “safe to drive” status or sobriety time. Watson et al. ↗ · NHTSA: BAC and driving ↗

Your cap is your plan.

It’s not a medical recommendation or a safe allowance. You can still record drinks above your cap to keep the log honest. Alcohol-free nights are welcome.

Know when to get help.

If someone is hard to wake, has slow or irregular breathing, or has a seizure, call 911 in the U.S. or your local emergency number. Stay with them; don’t wait for a BAC estimate. NIAAA overdose guidance ↗

Your privacy stays part of the plan.

Profiles, measurements, drinks, and plans are stored on this browser only—even when you sign in. Sharing includes only the plan or selected venue shown to you; no body measurements or BAC. A saved check-in expires locally after two hours. Already shared messages remain with their recipients. Stock venue photos come from Unsplash; connected searches and their photos come from Google.

Nights to look back on.
